Sorina Soescu MD

The School of Gemmotherapy has announced that Sorina Soescu MD, a principal member of Faculty, lecturer and clinician in the School, will hold a seminar on clinical gemmotherapy in Tokyo from 17-18 July 2010.  Lectures on Saturday 17th will focus on the use of gemmotherapy in respiratory conditions, while Sunday 18th is devoted to the treatment of digestive problems with gemmotherapy.

Sorina will discuss the therapeutic strategies and remedy protocols that have yielded the best results in her practice, and illustrate them throughout with case reports.

Sorina Soescu MD lives and works in Constanta, Romania.  She qualified in medicine in 1992, held scholarships in Public Health in the USA and Switzerland and received her MFHom from the Faculty of Homeopathy, London, in 1997. A love of nature led her through herbal medicine and homeopathy to gemmotherapy. She joined the Faculty of the School of Gemmotherapy in 2009.

She now teaches homeopathy, gemmotherapy and herbal medicine to doctors in Bucharest and uses gemmotherapy extensively in her practice, where she sees over one hundred patients each week. She is the author of several books on gemmotherapy and homeopathy, and has translated Fernando Piterà’s Compendio di Gemmoterapia Clinica into Romanian.

The seminar is a joint venture with the Japanese branch of the International School of Homeopathy, London, and is open to members of the public, as well as students of the School of Gemmotherapy and the Meristem School in Japan. Full details of the event can be viewed here.

Contact the School of Gemmotherapy if you are interested in attending a seminar on gemmotherapy in your own country, this can be arranged with sufficient numbers.

Sorina Soescu seminar, Tokyo 17-18 July 2010

Sorina Soescu MDWe are pleased to announce that Sorina Soescu MD, the highly experienced practioner and teacher of gemmotherapy, author of two books on the subject and a principal member of Faculty in the School of Gemmotherapy, will present a seminar on clinical gemmotherapy in Tokyo on the weekend of 17-18 July 2010.

The seminar will be presented in English with an instant translation into Japanese by a professional interpreter. It is open to the public, as well as to students of the School of Gemmotherapy, the Meristem School in Japan, and the International School of Homeopathy, London.

In her health centre in Constanta, Romania, Sorina sees thirty patients a day, four days a week. Her practice is centred around gemmotherapy: almost all her patients are given gemmotherapy or gemmotherapy plus another modality: homeopathy, herbal medicine and floritherapy.

She has accumulated a huge clinical experience, which shines through her teaching. Every protocol and strategy for treatment she suggests is immediately usable and will yield results, while her case reports are models of clarity and therapeutic know-how.

Sorina has a tangible enthusiasm for gemmotherapy and natural medicine. Intimately in touch with the rhythms and energies of the Earth, she is a 'wise woman' who takes a truly holistic approach to medicine and the study of remedies. Her connectedness makes her a natural healer and teacher.
